This is my abstract watercolor painting. It's based on my own cat. For the cat itself, I used the secondary colors mainly, the background is made up of primary colors. I tried to give the painting texture by using different techniques with my brush like using the handle of the brush. I believe I gave my painting good value by making the eyes and hat darker. I think I could have done a bit better with the balance of my painting since its more to one side. I think the emphasis of my painting is pretty straight forward.
